The sentiment isn't the issue, I have gay friends like most people. The problem is that clubs use these social causes to sell merchandise and to virtue signal. 'Look at how inclusive a club we are'. Just focus on football and perhaps winning a premiership sometime in the next 50 years.
The Pride Game actually means a lot to the LGBTQIA+ community, being at the first one there were so many people, both Saints and Swans fans and people from the community who didn't support either who appreciated the sentiment and for the first time felt truly welcome at the footy.

I don't expect those outside the community to truly understand how it feels, and I'm not saying this to argue, just to inform.

As for the jumper itself, it's OK, there are some far better examples in the community pride games, but it's a good start, better than the numbers that were hard to see.
