What makes a difference to the Board? If they feel they start losing "market share": attendances drop, their market surveys are unrelentingly bad and trading down, revenue is dropping, etc

Longmuir can't coach. Has created a culture of complacency & this sort of performance is the result.

It is noticeable that so many of the limited sparks and bright plays this season have come from the likes of Bolton, Duds, Reid and Voss / OMac who have not played much or at all for JLo. We have fabulous natural talent in this list and it just keeps getting coached out of the players.

Keep picking the same favourites (JOM will be straight in next week along with Banfield).

Nothing changes until JLo goes.

And don't take my word for it, watch the media analyse the game this week.

And last week we got a +14 free kick count at half time and no-one said a word, umpiring was magnificent apparently.
This week we finish -9 frees at the end of the game and we lost just due to the umps.
Anything but honest and focused reviews of JLo's failings.

I’m not taking the focus off my complete rabble of a club but I’m trying to watch a game of footy with my partner who’s not familiar with afl and explain why there’s two sets rules?? Yes we are shit and our coach has had enough time with this club - time to go JL

It's comforting to know we being a nice club will reward Caleb, Andy, Switta, Darcy etc with a quick getaway from the rooms with their families to get tucked into their childhood beds after a scary night pushed around by St Kilda bullies! Nobody has said that. Umpiring was diabolical but that doesn't change the fact that too often we didn't chase, handballed to a 1 against 3, missed easy shots on goal and generally made shit decisions under pressure.

But it's all JL, right. No other issues. Clown.
