5 PLAYERS WE NEED TO WATCH

Aaron Davey
Cameron Bruce
Brad Green
Nathan Brown
Adem Yze

These are the 5 players i believe we need to find appropriate match ups for, or watch closely.

Aaron Davey- Quick, Skilled. I think Steven Baker will get the job. Although he isnt extremely quick, he is our number 1 tagger. And remember he has played on Aker (who is quick) and has beaten him on more than 1 occassion.

Cameron Bruce- In the best form, would have 9 votes for the Brownlow already. When he is in the midfield I think we need to give the job to Lenny Hayes, just to make Bruce accountable also. Lenny is the best tackler in the league IMO and he should be given the job, and Lenny will attack aswell. When he goes to the foward I think we need to give the job to Vossy.

Brad Green- Along with Bruce these 2 always cut us up. Green has a lovely kick and when he plays on the wing or in the middle, I think we should give the job to BJ, it will be good for BJ to play on someone and it could be a very good experience for him. Even when Green goes to the foward line BJ should pick him up.

Natan Brown- No doubt in Whelan's absence he will pick up Milne. We need Milne to run with him out of the backline and be accountable, but also do damage in the foward line. If Milne starts kicking goals Natan Brown will be forced to be more defence, therefore not as much run off the backline.

Adem Yze- Off the back flank, another running player we should try to get Raph Clarke on him. Has the height advantage, speed and skill. It could make him into a very good player, and it will teach him alot more about the game to play on someone like that. But Raph also will need to attack.


JUST ON SOME OTHER PLAYERS

David Neitz gave Scarlett a bath on Friday night. Luke Penny will get the job, and Coiny always seems to play alright on him.

If Moloney doesnt get sited, he will be another one to watch. Maybe Fiora to get the job or even Dal Santo to get the job so he will make Moloney accountable and Dal will still be dangerous for us, therefore cutting down Moloney's impact.

Jeff White is also in great shape, obviously Ackland nor Brooks has the aerobic capacity to run with White. So, with Kosi out, I immediatley think to Jason Blake. Blakey did a terrific job on Goodes in the Semi Final last year. And Blakey also played well for the Scorpions (Springvale) on the weekend.

He is injured. Has a back injury. These are notoriously slow to respond to treatment.

The good news is that he joined the main group in training 12/04 and may be available to play against Richmond.
