Opinion St. Patrick's Day theme - Did it work?

Well, did it work? The 'Green Bay' was visible on TV but would have looked much better if there were more people there wearing the green shirts. What is your opinion?

Wasn't overwhelmed by it. Fun to watch the Gaelic football and the full body contact head high hockey they call hurling. But did it work? no not really.

Lets just have a bbq and beers next year, it's more GWS than some folksy faked Irish connection for mine...

What was it supposed to achieve?

More people throught the gate? More members? Perhaps of Irish extraction?

It will be like most of these sort of promotional things - quickly forgotten.

More people through the gate, same as the "Building Australia" one. Gives it a bit of a different feel, though it's odd for the first game on the season against the local team but such is the St Patrick's Day time.

I must say I was not a fan of the Green supporter colours we need Orange at our venue.

Having said that I was hoping that we would have adopted a green strip when we were established, still .....,.

Green with envy is now the colour of other clubs supporters if some of the boards are anything to go by.
