Also that 750m includes the already built club offices (just above the new stadium) and the training facility in Enfield.

Bolded two already in the last set of numbers which had the club debt free with 110m in the bank.

Debt levels are the lowest of all English clubs iirc, dont think it will be an issue at all. Plus we will be sold within 18 months of the new stadium being opened

I maintain the architect was having a joint at that part of the design process. Just looks like it doesn't belong from above.

Not as confident as you about the selling date. Levy mentioned during the tour of the site with the NFL commissioner that his plan was to stay at the club for quite some time. Don't see him packing up shop straight away.

Im glad we've gone with something thats a little 'out there' rather than the generic bowl/dome that most clubs seem to be doing.

Im also surprised weve been able to pull off a stadia of this size on the postcard that the current stadium sits on and we dont have to move.

I agree with chef, Tottenham's is nice and clean looking but very safe.

I like that Stamford Bridge will be a little different. The ground level shots look fantastic.
