how much is in the bank to pay for it?it includes residential developments to be built where the current stadium is presently.
Spoilered to save space. Not sure how much of that it is the additional stuff but it isn't 750m purely on the stadium itself.

combination of bank loans, owner funds and private investment. Loans will be paid back with the new revenue (NFL, naming rights etc) as well as selling the residential complex. Also that 750m includes the already built club offices (just above the new stadium) and the training facility in Enfield.the rest debt funded?

Straight up. From above it just looks exactly like a trash can. Actually looks cool from the ground though.Fair enough mate. It looks more like a dustbin to me.
Bolded two already in the last set of numbers which had the club debt free with 110m in the bank.combination of bank loans, owner funds and private investment. Fapping at a new souless bowl ground whilst sharing it with the NFL. Hahah yeah ok.
Im cool with calling Anfield home, you know, one of the world great footballing cathedrals.![]()
Chelsea stadium is a bleeding carbuncle! Is that concrete on the outside? Looks brutalist to me, a style not seen since the 60's/70's. The commie block of stadiums. Seriously could see it being thrown out on aesthetics
Seriously what do you think of it, be objective if you canIts brick on the outside.

I love it from ground level, but it looks like a trash can from above.
It's a brave design I'll say that much but could come out looking like it's trying too hard. I prefer oursI love it from ground level, but it looks like a trash can from above.

Debt levels are the lowest of all English clubs iirc, dont think it will be an issue at all. Plus we will be sold within 18 months of the new stadium being opened
