Nearly double our stadium and Madrid's reno
A club bean counter needs to just tell Toddy that's its only double the squad cost. Bargain.

Labour is cheaper in Spain so construction is generally cheaper. Look at HS2 v Renfe in Spain.
And nearly 4 times Everton's new stadium. Although that may say more about Liverpool than anything

An absolute shithole in a rough part of Essex.
If all they're after is some acres of land for training facilities they should try the space between the stands and the pitch at The London Stadium.

They'll find a replacement but not what Everton need atm.
The good thing is the cladding has come to a stand still because the roof needs to be installed first (The way the structure is designed it requires the weight from the roof before it can take lateral loading). Only the north has been done and the others are still being completed so there is plenty of time.

Seems like they might just ship it over from Ireland or one of the other companies in the group.

Have they acquired the properties between the Bridge and Fulham Road yet?
No, i guess that'd be in their plans.

The stoll parcel opens up getting to the tube without forcing peeps along the road.
