Had a walk around your ground a week or so back, never been before. Wouldn't have thought there was huge scope for redevelopment, are they looking at using the existing space and rebuilding, or buying up property around the area?Yeah dunno mate, good news for the club that the ground redevelopment is back on. Going to be a while before its finished though.
That'd be great. I stayed at Upton Park a few times, they rented out the hospitality boxes there as hotel rooms on non game days. Was amazing to wake up and look out the window, and you're staring at the pitch.

They are going to completely rebuild on the existing site apparently, talk is they are in the process of acquiring the Stoll Mansion site as well as board walking over the rail line which will add a few more acres to the footprint.Had a walk around your ground a week or so back, never been before. With climate change won't the site be under water by the time its due to finishThey are going to completely rebuild on the existing site apparently, talk is they are in the process of acquiring the Stoll Mansion site as well as board walking over the rail line which will add a few more acres to the footprint.
We'll have to play home games elsewhere for a number of seasons.

Thats why they cant dig down, not unless they have pumps going 24/7With climate change won't the site be under water by the time its due to finish
Nah. Our location makes it impossible to do what Spurs or you guys have done, there just isnt the space. Is there much scope to build around the old structure like we have done at Anfield to minimise disruption? A complete knockdown / rebuild could easily be 4-5 years.

Complete rebuild seems the only feasible outcome and they are talking maybe 2030 finish date.
Nah they'd be after something bigger than Craven Cottage. Either Wembley or Twickenham is being rumouredGroundshare with Fulham an option?
Otherwise it's Wembley which isn't ideal.
Built in 1997, Bolton Wanderers stadium has a hotel attached. That’s it at the bottom of the stadium photo.

Lower Level? For first 13 years of stadium/hotel opening, Bolton were in the Premier League.![]()
UK hotel rooms with amazing views of stadium grounds including Manchester
Hotels in Manchester's Trafford, Coventry, Blackpool, Milton Keynes and many other cities have rooms which look out over stadiums, offering top views in a comfortable settingwww.mirror.co.uk
Tis a very commone theme with lower level clubs.
Yeah and it's a common theme for lower level clubsLower Level? For first 13 years of stadium/hotel opening, Bolton were in the Premier League.
They may have slipped now - but the hotel was built for a Premier League club for the visits of Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal etc etc
