Had a walk around your ground a week or so back, never been before. Wouldn't have thought there was huge scope for redevelopment, are they looking at using the existing space and rebuilding, or buying up property around the area?

That'd be great. I stayed at Upton Park a few times, they rented out the hospitality boxes there as hotel rooms on non game days. Was amazing to wake up and look out the window, and you're staring at the pitch.

They are going to completely rebuild on the existing site apparently, talk is they are in the process of acquiring the Stoll Mansion site as well as board walking over the rail line which will add a few more acres to the footprint.
We'll have to play home games elsewhere for a number of seasons.

Is there much scope to build around the old structure like we have done at Anfield to minimise disruption? A complete knockdown / rebuild could easily be 4-5 years.

Thats why they cant dig down, not unless they have pumps going 24/7
Nah. Our location makes it impossible to do what Spurs or you guys have done, there just isnt the space.
Complete rebuild seems the only feasible outcome and they are talking maybe 2030 finish date.

Nah they'd be after something bigger than Craven Cottage. Either Wembley or Twickenham is being rumoured

Built in 1997, Bolton Wanderers stadium has a hotel attached. That’s it at the bottom of the stadium photo.
Heaps of suits have full views.
