Good. Get out of the car and take the train.

50,000 people getting the train should be good fun after the game.

There is a massive bus hub that has about 20 stations, the wyndan bridge taking traffic from east perth, the new pedestrian bridge and the stadium train station (biggest train station other than perth main terminal. All designed around crown dispersion algorithms to get 60 thousand out within 30 minutes. Parking will be extremely limited. If anyone has questions about the new stadium, please feel free to pm me. Cheers

All great in theory. In practice 12,000 people aint getting the bus (mainly because they're as slow as treacle), 6000 people aint walking all the way to East Perth station. The train to/from Stadium station is by far the best way to get there, but unfortunately the lack of other decent options means that it's going to be hideously overcrowded.

If you insist on driving maybe parking in east perth is more your favour ie the WACA or even crown casino.

Do you guys spend your spare time debating the air speed velocity of unladen swallows?

BTW, other than Western Derbies, after the initial novelty wears off, they've got a fat rat's clackers chance of getting 60k to the new stadium.

The last time we drew 35k to Subi (other than WD's) was the 2015 PF. That's 16 consecutive (non WD) home games with less than 35k.

Agreed. If our midfield continues to give up on going hard when needed then we will continue to struggle to draw crowds.

We were woeful yesterday and there's no sugar coating it.

In fairness if we follow West Coast's supporters in leaving games before they finish like some (Freo fans) did yesterday then it impacts the dispersion algorithm for population movement via trains considerably.
I believe Ross stressed that point in his press conference yesterday (that and Tabs' fantasy output not being up to scratch).

Lol. One of the more humorous posts I can recall on this forum.

PS: for the record I stayed to the end and listened to Collingwoods boring old song.

Went for a drive around East Perth / Claisbrook yesterday morning. It looks like pedestrian bridge over the river is at a standstill, not much sign of steel, cranes, barges. The footings are all in but nothing else. So where's the bridge then? It's June and the clocks ticking.

Are you referring to our supporters?
Were you at the game?
I walked down from 104 to catch up with mates in 150 once I realised the game was gone and there was no tsunami of rats leaving the sinking ship a la 'the yellow bellied losers'.

I was at the game, and there were hundreds that left early, probably thousands. It was noticeable. I stayed and saw Collingwood leave.

As I said there was no avalanche of departures from the blocks I'm talking about.
I heard the Magpie supporters roaring loud and proud after the game, and much as I disliked it their team had earned the win.
