**** this. I ****ing hate watching SL costing Cadel Evans the tour year after year. Muppets. Only one whose ever done a service worth mentioning is Horner (who they got rid of :rolleyes: and Van Sumerum.
 
Cofidis fall victim to that tight left bend. Only a small delay though
 
Cadel's going to have wind it up himself over the last section and try and drag these blokes home with him

Quick question for those more knowledgeable.

What happens to a team if 5 of their riders get eliminated in the earlier stages?
 
Katusha is going to finish top 5 today...pretty good for a new team
 
**** this, dumbest idea for a stage ever. This is already enough of a team sport they don't need this, just give the teams with the more cash even more of an advantage. This team trial should go towards the team time, not to the individuals itself. Cadel is going for an individual award, why should he suffer for some idiot who falls, he is already enough at a disadvantage as it is.
 
At least they managed to hold the gap fairly stable towards the end. The question is how much faster are the big teams going to be than Katusha.

Massive problems here for Cadel. Astana could go a minute or more quicker than Katusha.

Cadel wont of lost it because of the TTT - even without it lotto are a weak team and this effort of the TTT only enightens that. teams that are suppose to be weaker than than lotto such as quickstep and they manage to finish ahead of them

The idea of the TTT is great and I love it BUT this couse design is ruining what could be a great stage

Only good thing to come of this pathetic effort by SL is we might for the first time ever see Cadel attack and win a stage. Fingers crossed.
 
The Garmin guys are breaking up. Only 5 left.

Zabriskie, CVV and Millar are too strong for the sprinters

Liquigas are domianting on course. 21 seconds put on Katusha at the 3rd point

Lotto had a rider who crashed (one of the strongest) and one that had technical difficulties (one of the strongest), quickstep just lost riders because they weren't good. Why does Cadel's individual time have to suffer because other riders had bad luck?

The tour already advantages the top teams and rightly so, but to add something like this, considering the closeness of the tour, advantages the top team too much, i don't like it. If they want to keep it, add it to the team time but not the individuals.
 
Liquigas come in at 47'27".

Probably will be leading until Garmin or Astana come in
