You'll be ok. Someone will make room for them on the fence if they can't see. See if you can move to a bay the furthest from a bar. :) the drunken idiots will be as close to a bar as possible.

I see this is your first post. We haven't been to a GF that recently, so I'd go to https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/forums/hawthorn.19/ and ask them for advice, but I'd say as long as the kids are under 12, it'll be fine. Bring a couple of portable chairs or a crate and you'll be set :thumbsu:

Perhaps avoid behind goals or pocket at punt road end, that's where the Richmond piss heads go. Good cos they are your team, but language and behaviour might not be great for the kids.

Get there early (gates open even) and find a front spot on the wing. Makes it a long day so keep them fed and amused.

The year I stood I even had people swap seats tickets for standing because they wanted to stand so you might be lucky that way.

Don't take anything resembling a chair. According to a radio caller an old bloke can't even take his walker into the standing area.

Blast from the mutha f**kin past.

If only Eliza was still around to get the notification.:D

Was Guthrie portraying Johnny FairPlay or some random Survivor character?

She hasnt logged in for over a year. :(

And indeed it is- a blast from the past. The better past. :(

Idk.

She is probably married now and better things to do than BF.:D

In 2007 we were all so innocent, and so starry eyed at what would unfold.:D

Lol she's not married. We're still in touch.

Oh I know. Dem feels. Wish we could all go back in time and re live it.
