I wouldn't say Stants is ahead of Crawford at the same time though. Crawford was putting together big numbers early on, kicking goals and polling in the Brownlow. He's not all that far behind though.

Stants has always reminded me of Robert Harvey in style.

I wouldn't think so. He wins his share of the footy but he's no West or Black getting it to runners. Gets most of his footy on the move like Stants and they both run all day.
I think the Rob Harvey comparison is closest to Stants than the ones previously mentioned.

Agree. Although Stanton has a far more penetrating kick than Harvey.

Thats what i was going to say, spot on. He doesnt have the evasive skills of Harvey, but i would take Stants kicking over Harvey. Both massive motors, if stanton can get his finishing skills polished he will be a superstar.
