So your position on AI slop is more of a quality one than an ethical one? At the point of it's progression it is no longer 'slop', you will be on board with it?

Not having a crack, just seeking clarification on your opinion, which seems uncommon.

I mean AI in general. I have zero interest in AI produced media specifically.

Disagree, reckon it looks much better, less comedy and more seriousness gives hope that there's a solid sci-actioner in there.

Quite a good trailer I thought, had more going for it than the prior “oh look, he’s Grogu doing something cute” (not that there’s anything wrong with that). I’m more intrigued by it now than I was before which I guess is one metric for a successful trailer or not.

Not sure if I’ll see it in the cinema or not, probably a late decision, my general enthusiasm for Star Wars has plummeted thanks to the monstrosity of a sequel trilogy.

I think there’s clearly some big budget, movie event scenes, like the AT-AT battle on the cliff’s edge. My main concern is, who’s the bad guy? Is it the Imperial remnant, the Hutts? That’s the bit that gives off episodic vibes, that’s its two ideas stitched together.

Yes I’ve wondered who the bad guy is as well, I’ve delved into it and discovered the truth. Will spoiler tag just incase.

I'm enjoying it so far. Maul is sort of an underdog in some ways, having to operate underground, but it'll be interesting to see how he rebuilds his criminal enterprise. This inquisitor isn't a mug either, for an inquisitor at least lol!! And similar to the Bad Batch they are doing a solid job of making the empire seem ominous and aren't shying away from exhibiting their authoritarian tendencies.
