Hi Cat fans, Menschy here.
There's no doubt about it, when i play well, the whole team plays well. Fifty thousand people saw the Monster run riot at Colonial Stadium and lead the side to victory yet again. Some people might scoff at this, but i think we have surpassed Essendon as the benchmark team in the competition. It was a tough, tight contest against the Pies, and we were worried that one of the Collingwood forwards would kick a late goal to fire up the side, but then Anthony Rocca marked 25 out directly in front and i knew we were home.
I was absolutely ecstatic with my own game today. I didn't rack up too many posessions because i was too busy directing traffic and providing a decoy for Clint Bizzell* (much in the same way i did for Gary Ablett). Anyway Geelong fans, get out your sleeping bags and thermos flasks, because we will play in the grand final and tickets are going to be scarce, so queue up now!
We play Essendon this week, in a game that will surely be built up as the 'Clash of the Titans'. Can you imagine it; Lloyd at one end, me at the other? Maybe we can finally put an end to the fierce debate of who is the better full forward.

* The new blonde tips in Clint's hair has given him a tough and brutal new look that will unnerve the Bombers this week. We were discussing that tonight after the game with a few Strongbows and a Molly Ringwald movie.
