dies any one know it the state have batting and bowling coaches like the national team? with the lack of batting talent, or players just not going on with it, to what there was 10 to 15 years ago.

im using victoria for an example
mainly having an interest in Victorian cricket, they seem to have always produced good bowling stock that have represent the national team to good domestic players but havent produced much in batsman in a long while. there has been players there eg, quiney, to finch who are talents & make batting look easy but never quite go on with things & camron white who is still lucky to be in the victorian team.

with talented players comming up maxwell and handscomb, keith they will be in and out of the team then be un heard of as a new batch of the next generation come up.

Tassie has 3 coaches.

Head coach - T Coyle
Assistant coach & Bowling coach - A De winter
Assistant coach & Batting coach - M Divaneto

Add a strength and conditioning coach - M Marshall (former Aus high performance analyst)

Tassies set up seems to work

how much coin would those guys be on? like 100k / 50k / 50k ?
No idea. The head coach would have to be doing allright, otherwise we wouldn't retain some of the best coaches in the world.

Reckon the assitant coaches are probably on 50K. They don't have to work the full year.

It also wouldn't be about just the $$$ They would probably get a car provided, and have everything basically paid for during the summer.
