Every state should have a captain by now...... Though of course I may have missed someone..... Anyway those in charge know who they are so they can reveal themselves however they want to. Whether it be song or dance or purely state, its me. Then thats fine.

Course if you state its you and its not well then I'll point that out to.

Would like to have squads finalised by Tuesdy next week with the aim to be first set of matches the following Monday.

Also to give Logger somewhat of a break does anyone want to have a crack at simming?

Why doesn't your photo show the gun you've got stuck in his guts? Or did you tell him it was vitamins?

I've never understood this statement, can someone please explain? Has it got something to do with The Fonz jumping a shark on Happy Days? If so I still don't get the context.

From Wikipedia:

umping the shark is an idiom created by Jon Hein that was used to describe the moment in the evolution of television show when it begins a decline in quality that is beyond recovery, which is usually a particular scene, episode, or aspect of a show in which the writers use some type of "gimmick" in a desperate attempt to keep viewers' interest.
In its initial usage, it referred to the point in a television program's history when the program had outlived its freshness and viewers had begun to feel that the show's writers were out of new ideas, often after great effort was made to revive interest in the show by the writers, producers, or network.[1][2][3]
The usage of "jump the shark" has subsequently broadened beyond television, indicating the moment when a brand, design, or creative effort's evolution loses the essential qualities that initially defined its success and declines, ultimately, into irrelevance.

Actually, it relates directly to an episode of Happy Days where Fonzie literally jumped a shark on his bike (?) in a moment that literally killed the shows appeal by aiming for a cheap gimmick.

Anyhoo, MD and I are captaining NSW/ACT, akkaps as vice.

This is an open call... anybody that qualifies for our team that may not be starting for theirs, or anybody that forgot, please report to our team thread. We are last years champions and we need a few more to fill the team.

I think he waterskied over a shark. Happy Days actually remained quite popular for a while afterwards but a couple of seasons later started a slow decline.

I'm not the captain of anything.

Wrong. You're the captain of "Logger's Legends" in the Demons thread. ;)
