Needs 2 wins to go to 239 career wins, 1 more than Bruce Doull in 3rd place.
Needs Hawthorn to make finals to avoid finishing on 199 games for the club.

I guess this is a Stats Observation. @sirswampthing has blocked me on Twitter, how odd. Maybe he didn't like the competition.

One of each of our tweets were featured on a Jack Hombsch Twitter Moment yesterday. I could see his tweets yesterday afternoon.

thought this was interesting from http://www.users.on.net/~rogersresults/Rogers_Results/longest_winning_streak_venues.htm

Brisbane won 26 consecutive "home" games at their home ground, the Gabba from round 10, 2001 to round 8 2003 but lost to Melbourne as the "away" team at the Gabba in round 14 2002. Geelong holds the record (set in 2010) of 30 consecutive wins of designated "home" games in Geelong and at venues in Melbourne.

After 18 rounds in 1975, Hawthorn and Carlton were flying, 16-2 and 15-3 respectively, their closest rivals on 11-7 and 10-8.

But Carlton finished the season L-L-L-W-L-L, holding on to 2nd place but dropping out of the finals in straight sets.

Hawthorn also finished the season poorly, W-L-L-L-W-L, making the grand final after winning the 2nd semi final.

North Melbourne lost 3 times to Hawthorn in 1975 but on their 4th attempt, won the game that mattered and by 9 goals!

Richmond have won 14 games in Victoria this year and could finish with 17.
