Didn't foresee that blowout at quarter time: http://afltables.com/afl/stats/games/1945/030519450505.htmlJust the once, Carlton losing by the even 100 in 1945.
Hawthorn were last after R1 1991, but there were a few teams with byes. Although they would have been a reasonable chance to be last anyway, getting drubbed by 86 points. Are Carlton the only premier to be in last place at one point during the season?

Right you are.
Questions should usually go in the stats questions thread for quick answers.Made a thread because I have a number of questions, but feel free to merge if need be:
1. When was the last time a team coming 2nd on the ladder lost by 100+?
2. When was the last time Sydney beat such highly ranked opposition by 100+?
3. When was the last time Geelong lost by 100+?
4. (Linked to 3 I suppose) what was the previous worst defeat suffered by a member of last night's Cats team?
5. When was the last time the Cats were held goalless at HT? (I know this didn't happen last night because I jinxed it by asking this Q right before they kicked their goal)

1. Round 10 1998 Sydney (2nd) lost to St Kilda (5th) by 101 points.
2. Sydney/Sth Melbourne (3rd) defeated Geelong (2nd) by 109 points in round 18 1933.
3/4. Round 8 2006 by 102 pts. vs Collingwood. (Bartel and Kelly played in that match.)
5. round 12 1977 - 0.4-4 vs Carlton.
More facts from this match: Monday here:

Carlton were last after a full round of matches in round 1 1907 with a percentage of 53.57% and Fitzroy were last four times in 1916 (but last was a finals position).Didn't foresee that blowout at quarter time: http://afltables.com/afl/stats/games/1945/030519450505.html
Bloody Collingwood are to blame for Carlton making the grand final that year!
Are Carlton the only premier to be in last place at one point during the season?
Are Carlton the only premier to be in the top 4/5/6/8 only once during the season?
http://afltables.com/afl/stats/teamshi.html#h9What's the highest inside 50 count ever in a match?
No, the best is a measly 18 by this chap:Is there a player who has kicked at least 1 goal in every game (50+) I know Coleman cam close going goalless once.
250+Sorry if this has come up before, but who's played the most matches with at least one goal?
By my reckoning Leigh Matthews played 301 goal-scoring games. Who else is up there - Kevin Bartlett might have him covered?
