Josh Cowan has played 9 games in his career without a loss.

Who has played the most games without a loss? (Jack Collins maybe? 13 games for Essendon in 1950).
Who played the most games before their first loss?

Same goes for games without a win?
I think you can find all the answers here:- http://afltables.com/afl/stats/alltime/misc_players.html#12

Jack Collins had previously played for Fitzroy in case you're not aware:- http://afltables.com/afl/stats/players/J/Jack_Collins3.html

3 consecutive 70+ wins for the Crows. How many times has that happened?
It looks like this would be the third time they've done it:
1998 (Rd. 18-20)
Adelaide 19.23 (137) vs. St Kilda 10.7 (67) [70 points]
Adelaide 22.12 (144) vs. Port Adelaide 10.10 (70) [74 points]
Geelong 6.8 (44) vs. Adelaide 18.10 (118) [74 points]

2009 (Rd. 21-EF)
Adelaide 18.14 (122) vs. West Coast 7.6 (48) [74 points]
Carlton 16.8 (104) vs. Adelaide 27.14 (176) [72 points]
Adelaide 26.10 (166) vs. Essendon 10.10 (70) [96 points]

(not a stat question)

Beginning in which year were drawn finals (exc. GF) to go to extra time? 1991 or 1992?

The wording of what I can find online is ambiguous.

PS: I was at the first game that went to extra time, North Melb v Hawthorn in 1994. In fact, I went to that game at Waverley, then rode my motorbike into the city, grabbed some dinner, and went to Geelong v Footscray. When the siren went, Footscray were in front by 1 point, Billy Brownless kicked a goal after the siren. Could have been two draws in the one day. It was a great day for a neutral supporter.

Trivia question: After the H&A matches this year, the remaining teams will each have a bye*.

Q: Can you tell me when else all finals-bound teams did not play the week after the H&A season?

* This hastily-implemented rule will surely be short-lived.

Geelong and the Eagles have played 49 times for a dead-even 24-24-1 record. But Geelong has a rather overwhelming percentage of 114.81 buoyed by a lead of 630 points of aggregate score.

Would this be the largest lead in percentage of any side that's had an even W/L% against anyone else? 49 games is a fair sample size, it stands out rather starkly as sometimes the percentage advantage to that magnitude is only obtained with quite an overwhelming win advantage. Geelong has 96 wins as against 63 by North, yet have a percentage of 113.85.

St Kilda [123.77%] vs GWS (3-3-0)
Richmond [116.16%] vs Gold Coast (3-3-0)
Geelong [114.81%] vs West Coast (24-24-1)
West Coast [104.87%] vs Carlton (21-21-0)
Western Bulldogs [102.41%] vs Port Adelaide (13-13-0)
North Melbourne [101.72%] vs Western Bulldogs (77-77-3)
Fitzroy [101.46%] vs Melbourne (88-88-3)
Brisbane [101.12%] vs Port Adelaide (15-15-2)

Obviously, there's only a small sample size on the top two.

Teams that finished first under the Final 5 system.

What's the smallest 'biggest lead'? 2002 GF was 9 points the maximum margin, any lower than this?
Don't have score progression, but the margins at each break of Sydney v Collingwood in 2000 were 1, 0, 0, 5.

The margins at each break of St Kilda v Hawthorn in 2010 were 1, 1, 0 and 0. However, the biggest margins each quarter were 12, 8, 11, 14. This is the closest ever game with regards to end-of-quarter scores.

In Fremantle v Carlton this year, the biggest margin was 7 points except for 6m46s below:
Q2 22:45-23:53 (8 points), Q3 19:13-20:43 (11 points), Q4 24:29-25:57 (10 points), Q4 29:10-31:50 (10 points)

The margins at each break of Essendon v Melbourne in 1897 were 2, 0, 6, 6. Even with no score progression, we can deduce:
- biggest possible margin could have been 8 points, either Q3 12-4 or Q4 14-6
- smallest maximum possible margin could have been 6 points (Q3 12-6 and FT 14-8).

The margins at each break of Essendon v South Melbourne in 1899 were 0, 4, 0 and 6
- biggest possible margin could have been 8 points, that is, Q4 15-7
- smallest maximum possible margin could have been 6 points (FT 15-9).

The margins at each break of Geelong v Melbourne in 1897 were 3, 2, 3 and 5
- biggest possible margin could have been 6 points, namely Q4 15-9
- smallest maximum possible margin could have been 5 points (FT 15-10).

It would be hard to do better than 6 points. I'll leave it for you all to determine what the lowest possible margin in a game is, that is where 1 or more goals have been scored.

Following on from this

Adelaide have now scored 100 points + 15 times this season. How many teams have more?

From just a brief look into it:
Carlton had 21 in 1979
Hawthorn had 19 in 1982 and 18 in both 1987 and 1988
Geelong had 18 in 1992 and 17 in 1989 (plus a 99)
Essendon had 18 in 2000
North had 17 in 1983 and 16 in 1993 (20-game season)
Sydney had 16 in 1987

I'm sure there would be more

Has a team ever played 6 games in a calendar month?

Even though this question is designed towards home and away games, back when the night series was played during the home and away season, there were definitely instances of teams having to play 6 games in a calendar month. A look at 1977 shows that during July, both Carlton and Richmond played 5 home and away matches in addition to 2 night series games, thus making 7 games of senior football for that particular month.
