Which begs the question, what's the top 10 margins a debutant's played in?

Morbid question. This would probably be from knowledge rather than stats.
Players whose career was cut short by their death?
North's 1977 GF replay side was unchanged from the GF side the week before.
another random(ish) one....
grand final teams when all 22 (or however many where playing per team at the time) all had previous grand final expierence?? been done before?? i'm gonna guess no because so many people seem to retire after winning grand finals.... but i imagine plenty have gone close...
the most obvious candidates are collingwood late 20's, melbourne 50's, hawthorn 80's, brisbane and geelong of modern times... but there could be a dark horse. only need to make two grand finals in a row to have a shot...
None of the GF replay sides except for North in '77 maintained the same team.Has never happened (excluding replayed GF's in the same year).
so 7 teams in total?
Is 13 the lowest aggregate number of scoring shots in a game?

Sydney have become the first team this century to "kick the year". They scored 20.12 in the year 2012. The only other team to have done this is, yes, it had to be, South Melbourne. And when did they do this? In 1912, a perfect 100 years ago, when they kicked 19.12 versus Richmond in round 11.
This past weekend saw the top half of the ladder play a team in the bottom half. Not only that, but the bottom half won 44.44% of the games.
1. How many times has the top half of the ladder played a team in the bottom half (inc. and exc. 1916)? This would only apply to years with an even number of sides, or when the middle team has a bye in a season with an odd number of sides.
2. Has the bottom half ever won more than 44.44% of the matches? If so, I'd expect earlier in the season to more likely than the middle or later part of the season.
I'll take your word for it in that there have been no other instances of a team "kicking the year". Probably more common though, how many teams have "kicked the date" (dd/mm format)?
Last I could manually find was Adelaide in Round 7, 2011 scoring 8.5 on 8/5. Shame it wasn't Round 11, could then say they scored 8.5 in R11 on 8/5/'11.
And how about Round-related scores? eg. 10.10 in Round 10?
