I dunno. 7 likes means there's a few people that can be bothered with it.

Someone was also interested in it enough to write the article about it.
& you posted interesting stats in a stats thread.... ;)

"Finding s**t no one can be bothered with" was your words.

I suggested that "no one" was at least 7 people.

Regular Season stats ... with a breakdown the "toughness" of the fixture. Hindsight and all that.

Uses Premiership points as the deciding factor for how a team has performed - works better than ladder position.

Interesting to note the 4 clubs that had 17 games in their home state - Geelong, Bulldogs, Saints and Collingwood. GWS at the other end of the scale with only 9 home state games.

Here's our defenders and their performance in defensive one-on-ones. (Not shown: difficulty of opponent.) Good numbers for Sholl.

Doedee hasnt lost a OneOnOne? Wow. Didn't the Rabbit say he should be dropped.

Butts doesnt surprise me, he's struggled up until last week

Doedee hasnt lost a OneOnOne? Wow. Didn't the Rabbit say he should be dropped.
This surprised me too, particularly after Doedee conceded a set shot on goal to two direct opponents in Lynch and Balta within a minute last week. I looked up the specific definition though. And this stat specifically refers to when the attacker is targeted by a pass and the two of them are isolated 1v1. It's an extremely narrow set of circumstances

In the case of last week: Lynch ended up getting an uncontested mark on a lead, so it was one vs zero. And in the case of Balta, O'Brien dropped back to help out so it was one vs two.

One more for this week.

In round 5 Matt Crouch had 25 possessions. 5 were contested and 20 were uncontested. As I understand it, free kicks are included in contested possessions. Matt Crouch had 5 free kicks. Therefore he had zero contested possessions excluding free kicks. He also had zero tackles.

Going through the ~2,200 matches from 2012 onwards, here are the players with 25 or more possessions in a match meeting this criteria (ie zero contested possessions excluding free kicks and zero tackles).
