Good call. If that's the case, I'm surprised other gatherings haven't been time limited - perhaps they think it's too difficult to enforce it in the general public.

Yep. Bucks talk looks very cheap at the moment. This has gone on for a long time at our club. I am tired of the endless chatter about the club's inclusiveness and intention to produce good, quality people who leave the place a better person than when they entered it. When Howe went down it was upsetting but the first thing everyone said (as though it had been scripted) was first and foremost, Howey is a quality person who we all love and he brings such a good vibe and shows such wonderful leadership......rather than-yep he is a key player in our defensive set up and we are going to find him hard to replace.

They can love each other and be best mates but the primary job of everyone at that football club is to win premierships. It seems the club has openly rejected this idea and seems to believe that creating a lovely inclusive, supportive environment will lead to good things happening on the footy field and maybe, if we are very lucky, a premiership. Bucks has basically looked at a flag as down the list of his priorities. He is all about making his boys better people.

The facts make it clear that this hippy like love in has been exposed as either a failure or a silly marketing pitch by the selfish, stupid and reckless behavior of a number of individuals at the club. When you genuinely care about your teammates and the club's destiny you don't place yourself in the situations so many of our players have found themselves in.

I’d be very disappointed in a club sanction. He needs support from the club, not punishment, he’ll get that from the AFL.

I am so tired of this "we need to wrap our arms around "Stevo, Muzza, Sidey, Jordy ……" when they stuff up and perform selfish, costly actions. How about we decide a good kick up the backside is appropriate and remind them just what they have cost our club and their mates? They are grown adult men.

In a shortened season also it almost a 1/4 of the season.

Not sure what he’s done so wrong to get 4 weeks.

You may need to take a look at the fixture (currently). He will be available for our last Perth game. And being in the bubble will surely give him a better prep. Emotionally he is just as (if not more) likely to be better off in Perth with the team than training on his lonesome.

On that topic, I visited a department store in the Melbourne CBD last Sunday for the first time since March. Had no intention of staying long, but they had signs up advising customers to limit their time in store to 30 mins. Thought now I've seen everything - a department store encouraging customers to leave.
