Great on both feet short or long.
Will get drafted no doubt where he gets picked up is still unknown. I emailed Richmond about this kid two years ago, and they were aware of him back then.
The upside is massive because he is bottom age. He player of the carnival last year in the under 16 comp.

I'm sure Tom Scully (VM) and Michael Waters (WA) were joint players of the carnival for the 16's in Brisbane.

Steele was deservably Vic Country's player of the carnival.

yer he's quick enough.. hes really strong over head, similar to Jimmy Bartel.. has the best endurance at the murray bushrangers with a beep test score of over 15!!
he reminds me of Robert Murphy how he plays, hard to tackle, lovely looking kick off both feet.. If he gets a little taller he could even play in a position like Murphy.

yer well he said to me he was impressed with what he saw down at windy hill when he trained there in the off season. i dont mind wherever he goes.

Sounds like someone perfect for us.

Judd, Murphy, Gibbs to form the core of the midfield with Stevens, Grigg, Walker, Browne, Sidebottom complementing. I like it And it seems like he is going to be around the mark where we will have our pick this year.

Though my preference is still a KPP with Hurley and Trengrove the leading candidates in that department.

Hurley sounds more like the perfect fit for the Blues.

I like that comparrison, best one on here by miles.
His 20 metre sprint time at DC is going to be very very interesting.

Do you think that Steele Sidebottom will be in the top 10 at next year's AFL draft? I played against him in juniors and was just interested.

Definite 1st round, IMO. He's got oodles of class, good size, good skills and has performed well at every level of underage footy so far.

Probably more 10-16 than Top 10 material, but certainly could sneak up into the 8-10 range.

might be asking if any relation to Sidebottom's from the 80's. I am not sure but i don't think Steele is related but could be wrong, pretty sure not a son anyway

Definitely not a son of Garry Sidebottom ex Cats but I think there is a distant link.
