The absolutely completely sad sad thing regarding the Steven Baker thread is that the majority of Bigfooty posters with regards to their attitudes are without doubt thorough s0ft****s and that Australian Rules Football as we know it is now AS SOFT AS EUROPEAN SOCCER

Maybe I am getting old - maybe my initiation to VFL footy in the 70's and 80's gave me the wrong impression as to what Australian Rules Footy was all about.

As Australians we once had the toughest footy code in the world - what we now have is just a pussy pathetic shell of what once was the greatest football code in the world.

What has happened to our game is a tragedy - it is a blight to our reputation as being an Australian. Our national football code and the supporters have been deceived, cornered and r*ped by the powers that be and like any good little submissive and repressed follower we have deplorably succumbed to Vlad and his brown nosing cronies

While i agree that the AFL have turned the game into a Lonie sport, off the ball incidents and front on bumps had to be taken out of the game!!!!!
