Agree on all of that.Maybe this is your answer! It's also called sticking by your man. If Carlton think they have a legitimate chance then why not go for it. Personally I think he will go, but they give it a shot and see. Otherwise the game is becoming softer than butter. Stevens needs to pull his head in with leech like taggers and cop it. He is becoming a "Camporeale" otherwise.
I've seen Crowley do much worse that what Stevens did though.
Pathetic
A big year from us is expected and we have this come out of a PRACTICE MATCH.

Agree and that's what I've said before. I wasn't there so I don't know if Suban was tagging. He's a kid anyway and Stevens should know better. Stevens is hardly in farmer's league
As for clearly seeing the strike, that vision is about as clear as a mud so they should challenge based on that. You cannot tell if he had an open or closed fist.
Good comments though KPR.![]()

How about we wait and see what happens with the appeal first?
yeah i didnt word that right, instead of clearly seeing a strike i meant to say you can see he makes contact..
by the way if for instance it was an open hand, then the report gets downgraded or dropped, what does the tribunal then call the incident, is it still a strike but a lesser degree?, do they change the forcefulness of the contact? or do they call it something else completly... there is too much grey area![]()
And wtf do we do till then? Defrag?![]()

I don't think that's true, ODN. If Stevo gets off I'll dye my hair, change my socks and go mod.
Cut and dried. Sure it was an open hand, but the difference is academic. Looks like Stevo will end up with two weeks for this. Dunno why the club's taking it to the tribunal.
Gee this is dangerous, why go without him for another week? Can't understand the appeal.
Sure it may have been a love tap...but what's going to get him off?
Steven was booked for Intentional cantact (3 pts) Low inpact (1 pt)
and Body contact (1pt) 125pts plus his other carry over point = total of 206pts (2games)
i thing the club believe they can get the intentional down to 2pts which will be 181pts
(1 game)
with a chance it will be throw out
so a small risk with a small chance it will be throw out.
My quess is he will still get one week and start round 3
