Its kind of surreal, the best player in the comp for the past 10 years is at Carlton in his prime

If you were overseas for a year and had not heard anything, it would be like a dream

I honestly think 2009 - 2010 are our years, exciting times ahead

Our only weakness is our Backline, and the improvement comes from the current list - it doesnt mean bringing in a Rutten or someone like him

Our next big Defender will come from Jamison, Austin and Bower

add that to Thornton, O'Hailpin and Waite

and the Best Midfield in the league and we finnaly have a winning formula
 
My old man has been pretty pessimistic the last few years and I've had to put up with him every day saying "JUDDDDDDDD!!" & "WE'RE BACK MATE!!." Good to see him so pumped for '08 and I can only imagine that even most cynical Blues fans can't wait for round 1. :thumbsu::)

I remember the day it was official like last week... wait a minute:) I was running up and down the hallway cheering out Judd's name. I may possibly have to make my own personal 'Chris Judd Shrine'. He is my only god:D He can turn water in to wine, multiply bread, turn spoons into cups and multiply them!

im aching for 08 to start already! its going to be such a different season not just for carlton who knows what to expect because so many key players have retired etc for example just look at WCE from 07-08, serious changes have happened!! i keep watching judd @ carlton replays.. still need to pinch myself!
 
I remember sitting on my couch one sunday afternoon a couple of seasons ago and watching Juddy destroy the lions at the Gabba. I remember being so jealous of the Eagles cos they had the best midfielder/player of the last decade. Now we have him - We are Carlton fcuk the rest!!!!!!!!!!!

It won't really sink in until he's out there in Blue doing what only he can and Carlton are winning games, but knowing it's around the corner is pretty bloody exciting!

To the OP, I know what you mean. Every now and then i just stop and think to myself 'Chris Judd plays for Carlton.' It's so hard waiting for footy season to return!
