My apology if i did troll but i didn't mean to i thought i was responding next time i will ignore. A lesson learned but its surprising that a series of postings get deleted from view that were made by another poster against me that didn't put him in a good light and then my reply gets deleted as well without asking. Very odd , its as though it never took place.
Yeah, that's what mods here do. Sometimes it's warranted, and sometimes it's shit. A moderator will take out certain aspects of a posted conversation then bang! All context is lost. Then they have to delete people quoting the deleted text and all of a sudden what's left of the thread starts acting like an internet black hole.

Left, right, those in the middle... We all cop it sometimes.

I literally love left wing wowsers getting out and playing the troll line because someone simply doesn't agree with their position on an issue. Reminds me of last week with that Riley article and how as soon as people shot her down for her views she and others labelled them as trolls.
Read what richmonds wrote and consider the words he used in the context of the individual's circumstances and what is undoubtedly a mental health issue. If you're capable, that is.

You don't have a view to disagree with. You think it's ok to call people who are suicidal idiots, etc. There's no defending that.
Stop bringing me in your discussion all the time, this must be your tenth time you have had a go why keep repeating it. Enough , i want nothing to do with you and your shit stirring. Give it a rest will ya.

It's not about you mate. I don't know whether you understand why your post is so offensive or not but you apologized so we're done. dymot can't see anything wrong with the post so I'm explaining it to him.

Yes it is. There tends to be nothing wrong with someone expressing their view even if you dislike it.

Views on politics, on Footy, on computer games or any of the countless topics open for discussion - share your opinion freely.

Share your 'opinions' on the worth of people with mental health issues - no thanks.

So you agree with the stupid crowd that discussing mental health matters are irrelevant despite being told it should be discussed more and openly. Yeah no.

The point is that a poster has no place commenting so emphatically on something ( and a delicate area) they have no real information about e.g. 'an idiot', ' a burden for the next 60 years' 'arrived brain damaged' , 'a damned spoilt brat'.
And that strikes me as different from just offering a reasonable opinion. It speaks to me of a lack of restraint in one's thinking that is worth questioning.

Insulting someone with a mental illness is the opposite of people being able to openly talk about their mental illness...
That idiot, as usual, can't fathom what is actually being discussed. But wants to bat for what he feels is his team.

Actually they were deleted because they were personal attacks and against site rules, and were reported as such by another 3rd party. The person posting was appropriately cautioned.
