True probably not your classic Bigfooty user... but have a look around your seat... how many 60 plus... or 70 plus members do you see.
Sort of like telco or insurance churn... as long as you dont make punters think about it then they will pay the almost reasonable increase... but chuck in a few conditions to make it uncomfortable and they will consider alternatives like sitting on the couch.
