agree with your comments but DH had 7-8 years at the helm and could not get the list right. why should the club give him another go at rebuilding the list.?
7 years is a long time to get together a decent 22 and play strong footy. He seems to be favour blokes with effort than skill which is what we lack in our game plan. In my view, if the club announces a mini rebuild, they should tap the whole FD on shoulder and start fresh. our list is not bad and with a new plan, we can bounce back next year.

HE keeps on harping on about MY type of players , the Richmond way etc etc, he has a considerable say on which cattle are drafted. he wants a Brown dairy cow, they give him 4 brown cows to choose from bella, rosie stevie and matty, he choses bella over stevie, the recruiters and Danny discount go out and get bella.

They find that bella is useless, do they keep on hoping that bella becomes stevie? try to turn bella into a bull? or send bella to the abbatoir?

Of course they try and turn bella into a bull but don't realize she is missing some important bits.

Agree he does have some input, if he asks for an inside mid than they will give him one.
But the recruiters are the ones responsible for identifying a good inside mid at our pick and then the mid field coach is there to help develop that player.
Dimma has a part in everything and yes he takes the final responsibility but im saying he may just need some more help. One man cant do it all.

Its the quality of the players we recruit from other clubs that's the problem, whilst we don't develop our kids, Mcbean been in our system for how long? cant crack a game, Todd Elton 4 years in our system cant crack a game, he is either a dud that should have been delisted or should have had games before spuds like Thomas, petterd, miller, townsend , moore etc etc etc.

The coach has Favourites how did moore get a game was on it preseason form, VFL form? or was it because he is the big fish they were after?

If we don't land some players hey, what about finding out what the players we have who cant crack a game can do or do we want more list cloggers and other clubs cast offs?

Matt Dea drafted in 2010 31 games it took us till the end of 2016 to delist, was he a dud? why did it take us 6 years to work that out? these players are Post Wallace and there are more guns that we have either preservered too long or alternately not give a go to . **** off dimma

all i know is, had this been an EPL club or a Euro league soccer club and the coach was still there after what he has produced in 8 years and what the team is doing now, there would have been riots at the games and moreso they would be chanting sack the coach at every opportunity...and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he wouldnt have lasted past the 2nd final loss...that is unacceptable to say the least...the issue now is that no one dares go near is that IMO the message that we hear and are totally ****ing sick of, is wearing thin with the players...like its as if they are sitting there listening to his shit and thinking get the **** outta here with that shit man....**** this game plan sucks and you are making us look like shit trucks...so here is what we think..tipping we lose the next 2 and he is toast...

You can't just chop and change coaches in a sport with a draft and concrete contracts like AFL but he's had a good run, the mid season break should be when we evaluate the football department with an solid eye on having some changes in place prior to the start of the off season and certainly before the draft.

Best players aren't in prime of career , Sandilands, pav and Mundy are very much in the twilight , there's a major difference with us
