Can you elaborate at all?
If the AFL are keen on having a big slice of the pie is there a possibility that they're looking at following the NFL/NBA/NHL/MLB/BBL/AFLW model of having a league-wide manufacturer deal?

Because they own all of the teams and their licenses they'd be able to implement the deal (like with the AFLW), but the problem would be convincing the clubs to dump their current manufacturers. Wouldn't surprise me if they went down that path with Cotton On, seeing as they've got the AFLW, the Cats, and have started releasing licensed AFL merchandise
Pretty poor on Essendon’s part that they didn’t have any un numbered spares that they could have prepared for him at the last minute.

Probably because he was playing in a longie I guess

I've been searching through some old AFL records on the Victorian Library website, found some cool Vivid sportsware ads

I got gifted a Geelong singlet, looked in the old cupboard and lo and behold...

No AFL logo on this West Coast guernsey.

Always felt the AFL should ditch their logo off the jumpers, because the current logo looks pretty awful, and allow clubs to have their team logo there instead. Would look much cleaner, leave the AFL logos on the numbers, shorts and socks.
