Harsh calling him selfish, he could have stayed at the club and just taken the money. Instead, he knew his heart wasn't in it and made a hard call for the benefit of the club (enabling us to free up salary cap and an extra pick at the draft table - and we are happy to have David Rodan ).

The last 3 years he did nothing though. Was lucky to stick around as long as he did.

He has lots of potential, players would kill to have a kick like that. Unfortulantley, his heart wasn't there so he quit, leaving us an extra spot on the list. I'd still take him over Lonie but he's no huge loss.

Geez thats a bit harsh. He played one of his best seasons in 2005 when the club was really struggling. I think he lost his passion for the game that season and realized it would be better to move on in life.
