Waaay back in 1984 in Maths we were learning about probability and the teacher introduced us to a horse racing game on what was probably a Commodore Vic 20. It was about how odds work and how they relate to probability, but you could have virtual bets. It took our group about 10 mins to work out that the "winning" horse numbers repeated themselves but in reverse order ie 2,4,3,5,6,8,7 would become 7,8,6,5,3,4,2. We soon had $999999 virtual dollars and had "clocked" the game as it didn't go any higher.
Teacher thought we were prodigies and told us that with our help he would sweep the pool at the Melbourne Cup that year.
Come Cup eve, we happily gave him our "tips" with a wink and a tap of the nose. I think some of them are still running!

Wetting toilet paper and chucking it up onto the roof for it to stick
Used to do something similar but with smaller spit laden balls blown through a pen at the roof and each other. I missed a fellow student one day and hit the teacher in the neck as she was writing on the blackboard, she was furious, I owned up and 6 of the best was the result.

We had a game called Math Cricket, which I think was on the Commodore 64. But I can no longer find any trace of it so I'm starting to question my memory.

Speaking of games like that, anyone remember/played a game called Quibble Race?. It's was a game where you could train these alien creatures and race them.

The old spitball.

We used to go that with straws and the wrapping th straws came in. Spat them towards the board when the teacher was writing

lol wow. Did the teacher now his son was gay?
Bi presumably, he's got a missus, and three kids now, and no idea. I'm still mates with his younger brother who I played a lot of cricket with, so still see him occasionally. He always looks excruciatingly uncomfortable.

In year 11 or year 12 apparently some bloke fingered his mrs at the back of the class in maths.
Two kids got caught in a biology class or something at lunchtime getting up to stuff in my year. Both copped long suspensions
