Stuffed Magpie.

Hey Guys.

Thought you pies fans might know of somewhere or someone.

We are shooting a short film on the 17th/18th December that involves a storyline of a swooping magpie. We are currently in the searching process of looking for a stuffed magpie and have tried many taxidermists to no prevail. Even emailed collingwood which they have none around the club!

Anyone know how to get my hands on one?!

I was expecting an injury thread!

I like to see magpies alive and full of fight and flight myself. I'm sure most Pies fans would agree.

I never understood the fascination with taxidermy personally. Kind of creepy.

To answer your question no I don't know anyone with a stuffed magpie.

Depends what type of "stuffed" Magpie you are after.

Injury wise I guess we can show you something in a Lee Walker or this years model, Brad Dick.

Gluttony wise I suggest you head over to WA & look for a bloke called Shannon Cox or if you can wait for next years model I think the Leigh Brown's should be coming along nicely.

Not sure the timeframe, but if it can wait till next early spring, and you look high into a gum tree, you may see a magpie being stuffed.
