Subaru will build an STi Liberty right here in Melbourne next year. Should release towards the end of 2007. At this stage it has been discussed that only 300 units will be made and sold.
The STi power of an Impreza WRX STi in a Liberty chassis. It will also have a 6 speed gearbox and come with a full leather interior. Similar to the LIberty B4 however full STi running gear.
Was only signed off on last week in a meeting at Subaru Docklands Melbourne.... I know someone who was in that meeting.
mmmmmm I could definitely be tempted by a car like that.
