People within the game that I speak to have sometimes mentioned Star Con as though there is some similarity, so I guess you're on the money there!

My whingeing about there not being enough aussies has been appeased over the last 12 months ... of course the skips are the ones just happy to be there, larrikinising ... other folks can take it a bit seriously from time to time! :D

I'll never stop plugging this game ... population is a bit thing but it is still the original and the best MMOG .. in fact the bloke who designedit is apparently the guy who came up with the "MMOG" acronym!

I swear to God you need to check this game out. Oldest MMOG ever, still running. Lighter on for numbers but the wanky kids zones still get big turnouts and normal non-[scarlet lady] zones like Chaos (where I die o'er and o'er) still have plenty of action.

Went in, made an account, played for 10 minutes, got called a noob by some random, ragequit as I kept dying to this one guy I was versing and uninstalled game.

Maybe I'll go back to it someday, it seemed 'fun' enough in all it's rudimentaryness (possibly not a word).

Just had a few games with Mobbs. Terrific fun.

Am only 15 so am not one of the old boys who is reliving the good old days lol. Quite hard to get used to and you have to be prepared to get killed a lot when learning but it is a sweet feeling when you get a kill.

I recommend you all to give it a crack, nothing to lose as it is a small download size and simple game when used to it. However, learning with someone is a must! If Mobbs didn't help me out I'd of rage quit and never played again. Now even though it is early days am planning to play a lot more asap.

Tl;dr - Try the game, wait till Mobbs is able to help you out and you will have a lot of fun:thumbsu:
 
Had another session tonight and once again, plenty of fun. Great feeling when you get a kill but I still laugh when dying. The people that were on there tonight were great and welcome to help in anyway :)
