This is Bellerive Oval (Blundstone Arena) when it was still a suburban TFL ground taken on 25th July 1986, covered in snow.

Apparently the snowfall across the state caused Round 15 of that year's TFL season (which was due to be played the next day, as the 25th of July was a Friday) to be postponed until the following week (although AFAIK, no games had been scheduled for Bellerive that round)

Good thing VFL clubs weren't selling home games interstate in '86, eh?

That postponed round was the last time a round of football at a major level was postponed due to weather conditions in Tasmanian football.
In the TFL, it happened quite regularly during the 1960s and especially in the 1970s.
That round featured Hobart playing South Launceston at North Hobart, Tigers won by 80 points.
Glenorchy hosted Clarence at KGV, the Magpies won by 2 points.
New Norfolk were at home to North Hobart up at Boyer, the Eagles won by 37 points.
North Launceston played Sandy Bay at York Park in Launceston, the Bay smashed the Robins by 75 points.
Bellerive only hosted two matches that season as it was being renovated for cricket.
Hosted Clarence v Hobart on 5th July, Roos won by 20 points in front of 3,562 people followed by hosting North Launceston in a tedious game on 16th August when the Roos booted only eight goals all day and won by 17 points before 1,057 fans.
