Which one are you piston?

No, that wasn't the racist part. The racist part was the bit about they'd be better off making a curry shop.

I think you'll find it's all racist, but whatever.

If i said " its gone to crap because a family of ethnic backround have taken over "..........that would be racist.

A family of ethnic background have taken it over. An since then the subway has gone to crap. No racism, just truthism......see ?

Well then it has gone to crap because a family of ethnic background have taken it over - but not because they have an ethnic background, just cos they're shit at subwaying.

Not racist.

Although the fact you felt it necessary to include the fact it was taken over by a family of ethnic background is racist.

Subway makes me shit too much. I've had numerous incidents after eating subway, where the day after eating it I will have to stop on the way to work to rush to a public toilet so that I may 'piss out my arse' so to speak. It creates a feeling which is exceptional. It is a feeling which overrides any immediate concern, and becomes something which dominates your consciousness. All you can think is 'I need to get this devil out of my arse'.

I think this problem arises because they cross contaminate their cutting knives, and the food is fairly low calorie (at least what I eat anyway - turkey sub). They leave their knives in filthy ice water, that is probably filled with various different parts of different sandwiches, parts that have been in that water all ****ing day.

I should learn, but I never do.

Can someone please explain why mentioning someones racial background is racist

If i said " that aboriginal boy cant swim very fast "........how the **** is that racist ?

If i said something malicious about the race, wether its white, black or green. Then thats racist.

Capish ?

Whatever you say, enjoy your klan.

All i could hear in my head was me and 00's of bigfooty posters Disecting everything from the location of the store, People in the store, the bread, the carrot, the taste and texture.

Thanks GD board:thumbsd::D

The relationship between Subway and 'food' is distant.

An Irish Court has determined the vexed question of whether Subway bread is confectionary or bread.

Here is an article I read in the Guardian

Many years ago I was working on a job where we were doing very long hours for awhile so I was just buying lunch everyday (instead of occasionally) at the food hall. We all agreed that Subway you seem to 'sick of' very quickly which felt a bit odd because I don't think I could ever really tired of a home made meat and salad type rolls. Someone speculated that there was "something about" the bread that gets old fast.

why would you get a Subway in WA when you can just get a continental roll for 7 bucks.
There used to be a joint in Morley mid 2000s that sold great ones for $3.50 iirc. Would have been happy paying $5 at the time for them.

Pre subways in Melbourne there was some nice sandwich shops
Every milk bar made a sandwich at one stage too

I remember going to the US in the 80s jonesing for sandwich, thinking they need a few milk bars and sandwich shops.

Ive still never had a subways I looked at one for a few minutes in Brizzy airport and decided against it ,the bread just looked to smooth

Hard to get tired of proper crusty rolls.

My bakery does decent chicken and salad ones for $4.50.

The Blue Olive in Canberra was the last of the great sandwich shops I've visited. Over 10 years ago now. Wonder if it's still going?

You've got Earl Canteens in Melbourne now. Trying to fill that higher end sandwich+ market. A lot of stuff is industrial pre-prepared and packaged though. Some stuff not though. I don't mind their smoked salmon wrap
