This was one of Murdoch’s New York homes that he sold 5 years ago, looks pretty similar to Logan’s place. Forbes did a article with the fictional value of the Roy’s property, they listed the New York townhouse at $US56 million, it’s supposed to be opposite the museum of modern art.

Ok so maybe billionaire new yorkers do live in crummy apartments. How odd.

The disgust at 'having to fly scheduled' sent me over the top. Can't believe it was only last week I realised that the bloke running the show was heavily involved in the greatest comedy film of all time as well.
Are you referring to Will Ferrel? I spotted his name in the opening credits and hadn't realised he was involved

Absolutely hanging on every episode of this show.

I am kinda enjoying some shows going back to episode weekly rather than dropping a season at once.

It's actually a very funny show, but I think it gets a bit lost in how intense it is at the same time. Basically any time Greg is on screen I'm laughing out loud.

Also, as much as I dislike Kendall, he was right in this episode. If they stuck together, they could oust their dad and turn the company into something that would both make them all even more rich/powerful and make a positive impact on the world.

kendall is the only remotely likeable character from the family. How could you dislike kendall?

His self-destructive tendencies aren't great.

Also is this the third time we've gone through this cycle of Ken trying to overthrow Logan and bring his siblings on side? Hopefully this is the final straw on that plot.

Yeah, the self-destructiveness is a big part. But for me, it's the complete lack of self-awareness. Every time he looks like he's developing a smidge of introspection, it takes him all of an hour to return to being peak w***er.

For all his flaws (which there are many), Kendall seems like the only one of the siblings who would have some ability to take on the role of CEO of a company that size. He seems to have actually worked at a high level for some time, seeing he thought it was a done deal that he would take over at the start of the series.

Why is Shiv seen(at least by herself) as a viable option to take over from Logan? Never had any role in the company and was working as a political strategist/spin doctor previously, in one role that seemed to be purely to spite Logan? Surely the board and shareholders would say she isn’t qualified to be CEO.

At least Kendall and to a much lesser extent Roman have some knowledge of the company. The only reason would be she could say she had no knowledge of any of the scandals, but that is kinda offset by being married to Tom.

Definitely agree with that - he's easily the best placed to take over. I just mean I think he's a twat haha. Shiv is obviously highly intelligent and pretty ruthless like Logan, but even she's admitted it's a long shot due to her lack of involvement in the company. I reckon we're going to see the rise of Roman this season ... which is great, because I love his character!

Kendall was like his Dad that last ep..using his siblings for his gain and then spitting out at them when they decided to go against him. Pretty harsh.

I find Roman lines funny at times

I think all of them are unlikeable, but that’s what makes the show so great. The power plays and sibling dynamics is pure quality.

Conner to swoop in at the end would be hilarious, but I’m pretty sure none of them is going to end up CEO. It’ll be one of the new characters yet to appear.

Makes him more relatable than the rest of the characters.
I've seen some people say recently something that I agree with and it's that Connor is actually the smartest of the characters. Stays out of the chaos for the most part and lives on a big ranch with his escort wife.

And yeah this show is hilarious, all the great shows are. The Sopranos is pretty much a comedy tbh lol and this is the same.

How’s the ep where Connor asks for a little loan of $100m! Then hints 500k a week is not quite enough for current situation. A sheltered life if there ever was one when his weird views also taken into account

True but those things dont make him unlikable. If anything they make me feel a bit sympathetic towards him. They are a weakness.

and arent we all rooting for ken to overtbrow his terrible father and siblings? They have it coming.
