Get lost Crow you idiot. Just another example of Eddie bashing. So who the hell is the president of Adelaide, I wouldn't have a clue. I would rather have someone like Eddie any day for my club.
As for what he did on the ground. I would say that the people brave enough to go over there and support in the cheer squad would have been rapt to sing the club song after a win with the palyers and the palyers would have been to. It is a credit to him you pompos git.
If Adelaide did the same you would walk away and not sing along would you? Yeah right. Just concern yourself with your own people. All everyone does is get stuck into Ediie all the time and for what having some passion for his club.
Has your president ever got onto the internet site as a regular person to post subjects about certain matters and crowd support etc, I think not. This bloke may be sucessful, have truck loads of money but he has brought so much to this club, you have no idea.

No other president in the league runs two TV shows and shoves collingwood down everyones throat every 5 minutes. The guy is a complete fukwit with no brains. If any other president in the league ran a TV show and rammed their club down everyones throat, and brought everything that anyone says back to their own club, everyone would get a little sick and tired of it as well. It isnt the Footy Show...its the Collingwood Show and its a fuking joke to say the least.
It was good to see the Pies players go over to the cheersquad and sing the song, im not doubting that...or eddies presence on the ground...i am, like many other people are sick of his fat face on television shoving Collingwood down everyones throats at every oppurtunity

Well, from what I saw on TV last night, they acted like they'd just won the flag.
Who the the hell does Eddie Maguire think he is????? Running round the oval like a bloody idiot. If the Crows Hierarchy carried on like that after a win they'd be ridiculed all over town. Even when we did win two p/ships the Board members didn't presume to run round the oval like a player. Get off the grass Eddie, and behave with a little maturity, and leave the celebrations to the true champs, the players.

And anyone who happened to be privileged enough to be one of us Collingwood-proud, black-and-white-blooded, sleep-deprived Magpie maniacs at the Southern End of Moron Park on Saturday night will know how much it meant to us to have the team and several Club officials, including our much-loved President, the boy from Broadie who made good, come over to us after the game and sing that song with us.
I can tell you this. I was in tears. That was the proudest moment I have ever experienced at a game of football. It was better than a premiership. Because it was done for us. And it was genuine.

Better than a premiership? HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA.
ROLMFAO HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA.
What would you know about premierships? it's not as if you can compare them with each other. 1 premiership in 40 years, and that single lonely 1 was 11 years ago, so you've probably forgotten what they're like.
YOU, YOUR OTHER MORONIC LOSER PIE **** FANS, YOUR FAT 100-chinned PRESIDENT & YOUR PATHETIC CLUB ARE A DISGRACE TO THE COMPETITION. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR CLUB'S PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A MODERN ERA. AND YOU WONT WIN ANY IN THE NEXT 10 YEARS EITHER!
HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME YOU GUTLESS WIMPY COLLINGSCUM LOSERS.

You ignorant, passion-less, South Australian, compost-canary supporting, armchair-reclining, bourgeois, conservative, anal-retentive piece of uninformed red, blue and gold offal.
I'll tell you who Eddie McGuire (correct spelling) thinks he is.
He thinks he is a boy from Broadie who has done very well for himself in life, who has grown up to become the President of the Football Club that he has supported all his life.
And despite the fact that he's done a bit better in terms of fame and fortune than most of us, he still sees himself as one of us. And that is why, at the end of that match, he brought his team and several board members and officials over to the Southern End of Football Park to sing the Club Song with the Cheer Squad.
Although Eddie is a jet-setter who stays at all the best hotels when he travels around, he still reckons he's not above paying tribute to those of us who had to do a 10-hour bus trip there and back to show some support for our Club.
And he reckons he's not above paying tribute to our small group of loud and proud supporters, who, at great toll to our vocal chords, chanted our living hearts out against 35,000 one-eyed, arrogant, over-confident, Teal Blue toss-pots.

And you, Crow54, wouldn't know what I'm talking about, would you? Because your club doesn't operate like that. I bet you've never even met your club president.
Well, I have. And I'm just a member of the Cheer Squad.
I bet your club president has never shouted you a drink.
Well, here's a little story:
After the game a small group of Cheer Squad members were taking a stroll around Adelaide when we noticed a group of Collingwood people sitting in a bar on North Terrace, just across the road from the Casino. Among them was Mick Gayfer, Neil Balme, several officials and members of the coaching staff ... and our President, the aforementioned Mr.McGuire. We waved to them. Eddie recognized us and invited us in for a drink. We sat in there for about half an hour or so, chatting and drinking.
He didn't invite us in as a corporate networking exercise. It's not as if we were going to make a five or six-figure sponsorship offer or anything. The only reason Eddie wanted to have a drink with us is because we were fellow Pie fans who'd made the trip to Adelaide to support our boys.
The reason he recognised us is because he has taken a close personal interest in the Cheer Squad this year.
So, tell me Crow54. What does your club president think of your cheer squad?
I'm not saying any of this to big-note myself, because I'm just a run-of-the-mill garden-variety Collingwood supporter. I'm saying it because you've just made an ignorant uninformed slur on our President.
You seriously need to get a life.
You seriously need to get a heart.
And you seriously need to get a real club.

In fact for our 125 year anniversary back in 1995, instead of having a huge dinner banquet thing...Port decided to organise a fish and chips down the port dock with the real supporters of the club...$10 charge or something and it was a great fun evening spending it with past and present players staff and supporters ...
