looks that way

i think everyones expectations were low and no one is taking it too seriously

it’s a light show, not the wire

not really that light, of course it isn't of the quality of shows like the wire, breaking bad and mad men, but this is a pretty great show

witty, quirky and high quality so far

yeah i just meant they don't really get overly emotional with what the clients are going through, normally one scene where they crack the sads, then get on with it

i've been loving it too

yeah i'm lovin it

second season will have the Jessica in on it i reckon, and the season will end with louis getting more power in the firm and suspecting that somethings not right

but yeah i'm never hanging out for it, but whenever i watch it im always impressed

Solid finale although I was hoping for a bit more depth to the cliffhanger ending. Not much happened despite setting the storyline up for early next season. Agree that it was definitely a bit predictable they were going in this direction ---->
Disgruntled bad guy ex boyfriend to cause trouble for Mike with him now dating Jenny. Knew it would happen as soon as Trevor was sent off for a little trip mid season and knew he would come back.

Overall I'd give the first season at least a 7.5/10. I also agree with the above that it's not one of the shows I'm desperately hanging out to watch the very first minute a new ep is out but when I get a chance I thoroughly enjoy it.

lol I was actually thinking as I watched the pilot "why is it always brilliant blue sunshine on the USA Network?"

It's inoffensive enough but I couldn't get into it for the same reason I couldn't really get into White Collar. Burn Notice fills my quota for these sorts of shows.

yeah definitely agree on the comparison to white collar and burn notice

ive spent the last few months watching all 3 :D

The criminal guy uses accents on White Collar at least sometimes. I've seen him speak with a hokey Southern accent, and I've only seen a handful of episodes.

yeah in both white collar and burn notice, they go "undercover", doesn't really happen in suits
