How will they recoup 30-40mil? Take out the fact that jersey sales etc don't work that way, you're forgetting these guys are on a fair whack wage.
I dunno but I'm sure going to enjoy my Coco Pogba's for brekky tomorrow with my Nescafe Ibra.

With Ibra, United, Pogba and ADIDAS together money will be made.

The 2016/17 might flop for united, but Adidas will still be making some mighty fan football ads & money all around!

Well done to Juve, Probs got him for 40-50mil more than he's worth.
Not that much, I'd have Pogba's value in today's market around 70m, disregarding the agents fees on this deal Sky are saying the deal is worth 89m pound (105m euros) so not that far off his actual worth. He is one of the best midfielders in the world with a lot of room to get even better, still very young with top form a few years away. The agent fees will inflate the final figure a fair amount but has been negotiated as a split between both clubs.

Win-win for Juve. They're in a league where they aren't under threat so can replace Pogba with an equivalent current talent for probably 1/2 the money. Or even a slightly less talented player and still win the league

I must admit I rate Pogba at 70mil as well.
You should have walked away at about 70mil.
I was trying to troll but it seems the jig is up.

Let's not forget they have spent a **** load of cash already this market including over 70m for Higuain, the majority of the Pogba fee.

I imagine Pjanic will play the Pogba role however if they are going to chase someone else well they can expect to have to pay a little more now.

Not neccessarily. They wont go for a direct replacement if they're smart. They'll go for a 20 year old with room to grow into a star role

So chef are we really going into the season with Cahill, Ivanovic and Terry as our CBs and with no left back? Tell me that it's not really happening.
It looks that way. We will buy a couple of defenders but it'll be too late for them to start the season. Nervous times ahead.

Any of the players they've been linked to will cost around 30m. Regardless the Higuain buy was pretty substantial for them. They are also trying to sign Gabigol who would cost 30ish m.
