Sturridge is a good player but he's only had one season where he has scored over 20 goals and that was when Suarez was going berserk. His next best is 11.

£25m sounds about right to me.

But he is only ever a couple of months from another big injury breakdown. £30m is good value if Arsenal want to pay that
My reluctance to sell him while he is fit is due to the fact it could bite us on the arse.

Even if he does get sold, We'd need a very good replacement because Benteke would probs be getting shipped out too.

I wouldn't sell Sturridge at any price. The risk is worth the reward because he's a phenomenal goal scorer. There aren't that many forwards in the world better than him and the ones that are wouldn't come to us.

Can't see us even considering anything under £40m for Studge.
HAHAHAHAHA
Liverpool fans. Still delivering the funny. Consistently and of the highest standard.

Based on the Sturridge equals 40 million valuation Leicester could sell their squad for the annual value of Chinese exports.

Just quoting this post in case the Liverpool fans missed it the first time.
Probably in the same way I missed the 4 or 5 Ballon d'or's that Sturridge has won and the European Golden boots etc

So strange how an injury prone sook with inconsistent output isn't rated as the best player in the world based on the Liverpool support valuation model which evaluates him in the very top bracket of world footballers and prices him at a value a Dubai billionaire would even baulk at.

It's jod who has been saying it for weeks/months, I give up arguing about it

I think Leicester can retain their players and improve their squad with CL football as the carrot.
Jod has a history of accurate and realistic evaluations of Premier League sides starting with 'L' so best if we take it seriously.

What would you value the entire Villa squad at?

Although it seems you've abandoned them for AUFC these days. I can understand you jumping ship - AUFC would probably beat them these days :) :)
