Summer or Winter?

On purely weather terms, which do you prefer?

Up here on the Gold Coast,
our average summer day is 29 degrees (round about) althought the average from this summer has been a bit hotter than that.

In winter, it is usually around 20 degrees average here.
I would take winter everytime.

I hate the stinking hot up here.

I am definately a winter boy.... love the cold weather, the sounds of rain drops falling outside when I am going to sleep and being able to dress to keep warm.

And my birthday falls on the 3rd day of winter!!

Winter, being hot, I reckon is a whole crap load worse than being cold.

Winter. I can't handle the heat at all. If it's cold you can put another jumper on, but there's nothing you can do about the heat.
Plus the footy's on in winter.

I prefer winter. You can actually do something about the temperature, such as wear more clothes. In summer if it's too hot, it's too hot. There's nothing you can do about it.

Well in Albany WA, the best season is Autumn. It is BEAUTIFUL then, but otherwise i prefer Summer. Not too hot, not too cold, and doesn't rain TOO often.

Summer-bushfires, skin cancer, blood noses (yeah I know I'm a nerd), crap TV, fights, blowflies, sleepless nights, B.O., trains where the air con doesn't work, sunburn.

I get daylight during the hours when I am not at work and it is the best time of year to go diving. Oh yeah, add crayfish season as well
