Decent competition. Marseille is one of the big clubs, but of course, all things considered, English money is where it is going to be, especially next season. In terms of growth, we'll offer more to him. One crucial factor is that Marseille missed out on CL, so it should be even easier. We should get it done, so fingers crossed.
Well, fair enough, but I we have the resources to make it successful. If he can actually use his height, unlike Wood, then I think we've got ourselves a sweet option on the bench. We've got some great mix and match options. If we're not getting Okazaki (and at £8m, I'm not too keen), than I think Kim would be good.
I'd say you're right about that, but the question would be if he would see more game time? For us, I don't think I can see it. I think he'll spend a season with the U21s. Sunderland on the other hand... could be possible. The thing is though, Swansea's academy is Tier 2. So his performances are coming against the U21s of Cardiff, Millwall, and Colchester, not the top tier clubs. What this is perhaps suggesting to me is that he's more likely to go on loan early in the season, perhaps to a promotion contender, or even against relegation battlers... oh crap. You know what, I think he could be coming Sunderland's way.
I don't think he'll do enough to crack into the Swansea lineup this season, I think he could go on loan to get proper experience, just to see if he can truly handle it.
