Wouldn't hurt for Juve to get him. Is he a free agent?
free agents usually = a higher signing on fee + of course he would demand some decent wages.

was apparently pretty hit or miss, mostly miss for gala. anelka found it difficult at juve too.

monaco is the logical club, 99% sure mendes is his agent, mendes also basically does all of monaco's transfers because what could go wrong

No it doesn't.

It gives Bayern essentially first right of refusal, if they refuse to exercise their right then the clause is exhausted for that bid.

And Can STILL HAS TO AGREE to return to Bayern. If he refuses then it's pointless.

It's getting to a point that these stupid clauses need to be banned.
Leverkusen are not allowed to sell him to anyone other than Bayern until next year.

That was why Bayern sold him to Leverkusen, rather than loaned. They learnt from their Hummels mistake.
So you sell a player to a team, but still retain the right to then tell that team what they can/cannot do with that player, which you no longer own.

You now claim to have the right to dictate who and where the player can/cannot play for, for a period of time.

What is wrong with this scenario?

FIFPro would be licking their lips at a Bosman MK2 case.

You would think Bayern's rights go as far as first refusal when Leverkusen are selling him. I would think that the condition that Leverkusen can't sell him to who they want after Bayern has passed up the opportunity to sign him would be illegal. Bayern would effectively be a 3rd party owner if they dictated where Can could go after failing to exercise first refusal on signing him.

Few stories leaking out that our squad restrictions next season will be 6 home grown players, and 15 others. Not the 4 club trained, 4 association trained and 13 others that has been mooted.

That would make a huge difference in our ability to manage the squad through the competition if that is true.

Bit of a hint that UEFA won't confirm that until the 10 day limit on other clubs appealing our penalty has expired. Which would be ridiculous, how can you appeal the severity (or otherwise) of penalty if UEFA don't tell you exactly what it is?

So, the papers are saying:

- Shaw deal 95% done
- Deal agreed for Toni Kroos.

Please be true and please happen!!!
After being roped in by the transfer muppetry of Thiago last year I won't believe anything until I see him standing with LVG holding up a United shirt

I hope Bayern sell Kroos. They get some money rather than nothing next year and I think he's overrated. It's no surprise they demolished Juve and Barca last year when he was injured.

Not sure what to make about Yaya. This sort of thing does happen every year, but it's not normally him involved. Just his agent.

Best case, he comes out and says it's all his agents doing and he has no problems. He did say not to believe anything that didn't come out of his mouth. But the time to do that is running out now.

Does he want a payrise? Hope he doesn't get one.

Does he genuinely want a move? Why not just ask for one?

Just not sure how this one is going to play out.

Doesn't yaya want to end his career at Barca? Pretty sure that's what he wants to do.

Would be happy for him to leave City, would leave a bit of a hole in their midfield as he was by a mile the best midfielder this season, just so good.

You just have to ask yourself why would Kroos go to United?

$$ I suppose but he surely isnt short of a buck at Bayern.
Most likely money, but also maybe the chance at being the main man in midfield, working under LVG etc

I don't care what his reasons are if it's true we're closing in on him which to this point is all just speculation so could be complete BS, but he is bloody welcome at OT.
