Wouldn't hurt for Juve to get him. Is he a free agent?
Yep.

If a club activates his buyout clause he will be off, cant see us or Liverpool doing it tho, 37mil is a big risk, maybe Monaco who might be getting the Sporting manager.Carvalho says he's staying at SL

Leverkusen are not allowed to sell him to anyone other than Bayern until next year.No it doesn't.
It gives Bayern essentially first right of refusal, if they refuse to exercise their right then the clause is exhausted for that bid.
And Can STILL HAS TO AGREE to return to Bayern. If he refuses then it's pointless.
It's getting to a point that these stupid clauses need to be banned.
Leverkusen are not allowed to sell him to anyone other than Bayern until next year.
That was why Bayern sold him to Leverkusen, rather than loaned. They learnt from their Hummels mistake.Yeah? Nar.
That's not the way employment contracts work.
So the deal is off then?Leverkusen are not allowed to sell him to anyone other than Bayern until next year.

So you sell a player to a team, but still retain the right to then tell that team what they can/cannot do with that player, which you no longer own.
You now claim to have the right to dictate who and where the player can/cannot play for, for a period of time.
What is wrong with this scenario?
FIFPro would be licking their lips at a Bosman MK2 case.
Few stories leaking out that our squad restrictions next season will be 6 home grown players, and 15 others. Not the 4 club trained, 4 association trained and 13 others that has been mooted.
That would make a huge difference in our ability to manage the squad through the competition if that is true.
Bit of a hint that UEFA won't confirm that until the 10 day limit on other clubs appealing our penalty has expired. Which would be ridiculous, how can you appeal the severity (or otherwise) of penalty if UEFA don't tell you exactly what it is?
apparently it's actually only 5.
hart, clichy, milner, rodwell, some like henessey/westwood if/when romanian pants leaves.
sorted.

After being roped in by the transfer muppetry of Thiago last year I won't believe anything until I see him standing with LVG holding up a United shirtSo, the papers are saying:
- Shaw deal 95% done
- Deal agreed for Toni Kroos.
Please be true and please happen!!!
I hope Bayern sell Kroos. They get some money rather than nothing next year and I think he's overrated. It's no surprise they demolished Juve and Barca last year when he was injured.
