Don't underestimate how good a Bánh mì from Lai Bakery in Sunbury.

Expect to be waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes if you go between 11:00am to 2:00pm.

Their chicken schnitzel rolls and vanilla slices are also amazingly good.

If you go there each day for a month, you'll probably want to get a Bánh mì 20 times. A chicken schnitzel burger 7 times. A sausage roll four times. And a vanilla slice with a combination of the above about 4 times.

You won't get that sort of quality in Bunbury.

The Metro tunnel opening up will make it easier to get from Sunbury to the city, which will mean one thing: an explosion in land sales in the area and big bucks for the govt's developer mates. Goodbye quasi-country town.
