Being garbage is not a cause for celebration. I’m all for celebrating wins but a crappy embarrassing loss at home when members and fans go home exasperated at the garbage they have wasted their time and money on is not cause for a bender.

I think being a professional athlete is about getting the best out of yourself and being able to perform on the field when required not perform on a night out on the sauce

If it’s every opportunity they get then I agree.
If it was a club mandated catch up for the guys to socialise for whatever reason, then I can’t see a problem with it. All clubs go out for a drink. It’s only when an incident occurs like Shai Bolton where it’s highlighted.

Got no issue with it. AFL players have to learn to shake off bad performances quickly. If you go into a new week with low confidence it will seep into training then into the next weekends performance. The second the final siren goes its a clean slate

To be fair the VFL won a massive game and the senior blokes would of got around them. Just silly from the Younger vfl players to post it on their Instagram story.

This is pretty s**t from Fish, he knows all the wrong media that’s been put out there in the last few weeks yet rather than correct it has jumped on board, which is piss weak

This was the guy that was asking Suns people to handover their hard earned money when he was put out of job during Covid, only thing you’ll ever get from me is the finger

I remember when one of our young guns re-signed 2 years ago and he spoke about how pleasantly surprised he was at how good the club was and a lot different to what he heard before coming up.
These pile on BS stories undoubtedly have a negative effect on possible recruits and draftees / parents. It’s poor that he’s now joining them.

Nothing wrong with what he has said. It's all truths. He has just highlighted all the very things we have discussed over the last year.
It's no secret i talk to Fish a bit and he consulted me on this article earlier in the week where I relayed all the Criticisms I have heard here on this very board. I thought he might have gone a bit harder at Dew, Haines and Evans but maybe the club requested alterations.
