Had a great week this week, scoring 2068 (with Pav as captain and Schulz in my team) moved me up to around 3000th after a poor first week.

The way it's going I may have to focus on SC more than DT.

2280 this week, has me sitting 110th overall. Few dud players still on, but we are all bound to have them.

Made a second team this week, hopefulyl should push for top 20 this week and the next few

Why are people excited about having money in the bank? Sounds silly to me.

If you have a good team, the value of your players will go up this week. The value of any money in the bank will stay the same. May as well have that money invested IMO.

You can look at it two ways though, if a player you have goes up and then you want to trade him away for someone you know is going to consistently perform for the rest of the year, and that player is more expensive than the price your player rose to, then you need some extra cash.

However, I do not see why someone would have 1,000,000 in their bank still... that's a bit too much I would think.

To me having money in your bank during weeks is useless. If you have 100000 in the bank in reality your losing 50 points eveyweek because with that money you could have upgraded a player and got better points.

I didnt intend on having 1 million dollars left over. I had about 300,000 at the beginning of round 1. Then I traded everitt for skipper= +400,000. Then I traded coughlan for lonie and roughead for johnson = +300,000.

I wont have 1 million sitting there once the league actually starts though, i will spend that straight away, because you guys are right, it would be a waste having it sit there.

Ranked #1604, Brad Miller was really sh*tting me so traded him for Brent Staker who looks good this year. Riewoldt has been captain two weeks in a row and should do well again this week.
