I scored 2206. Ranked 2680 at the moment, had a rough first 2 rounds. But i have 292k in the bank and looking to offload either 1 or 2 of Yze, McVeigh, Akermanis or Roughead.

Just had a look, Could upgrade Roughead for Ben Johnson and trade Yze for Riewoldt. Thoughts?

The numbers say Watson and Bruce, but I reckon Hird is a bargain @ 501k.

If only Bruce could play the whole game in the midfield He would score heaps. Although you never know when Hird could get injured next.

I'd wait on Everitt and Brown as I still think they won't average their price this year, and they'll go down another 100k or so in the next few weeks most likely.
I guess there's 2 strategies trade for falling price players who had a bad start to year, or trade for rising price players expecting them to continue their improvement.

Went with a the cheapest combo of 2 players in that lot in the end...

...I'd love to have the crystal ball to see how a couple of players go this week, and therefore how their prices react.

Got a plan for next week's trade in which I needed to save a bit of $, but hopefully I haven't been too frugel...

I traded off Paul Johnson for Wayde Skipper. Still have 192k left in the bank. Should i trade off Roughead for either one of Bradley, Swan or B. Johnson or trade Akermanis or Yze for pretty much ANY forward in the comp like Riewoldt etc... or trade either one for Jobe Watson and save the money next week for a gun backman.

If i traded Akermanis for Watson it would leave me with 404k (or 305k for Yze) to trade for a gun backman + whatever Roughead is worth. Advice??

Murphy 47
Skipper 39 (How could he get 80's for 3 weeks, not sure)
Johnson (Back to his usual standard like Skipper)
Pavlich (Everyone has him so its not too bad)

Currently about 350th, my goal is top 100 at worst, but this week could be utter poo.

anyone else have an absolute stinker this week..
been cruising along between 500-600th, be lucky to be in the top 2000 after this, rough guess is 1850 points
jinxed any player i fiddled with, from cox to hays as captain, hays doesn't make 80, traded to get roger hayden so i'd have an emergency in defence, now using fixter as emg and he comes good 100+, hayden doesn't make 20..
always the case the minute you lose faith in a bloke he'll stick it in you
and reckon i nearly blew over 100 points in frees

only just dropped outside top 1000 phew!

2000 ain't a great score, but from what i can tell, if you consistantly score 2000-2100 you'll do alright, enough to stay in the top 1000, my brother is in the top 500 and he's done nothing spectacular.

I had a shocker, just scored 2000 with goddard 0 and ryder 22 both counting... with many other duds.

Sitting 6th!!!!!!! so 20 good players will get a very good position
