I was putting my Super Coach team together the other day and clicked on Andrew Walker as one of my defenders. I figure he should get a bit of the ball so would rack up a good score, but then I noticed that they take points off for clangers. What should I do?

I find these anti-Andrew Walker threads hilarious because the fact is Walker is performing very very well, and we are absolutely delighted he's at Carlton. The better he performs, the more I laugh at threads like this. Here's a tip - better not watch Walker play because it might conflict with your "want to be trues". Huge laughes. :)

Oh I dunno, worth thinking about at least..

But yeah his disposal is improving, I reckon he shoud rack up enough touches that you'll be in front.

Clearly Walker is good for the Dream Team, where points are not deducted for clangers etc. Though given only a small percentage of his kicks are effective, and some are turnovers, it would be very unwise to select him for Super Coach. He may even prove to be a liability for your team, should the not unlikely scenario eventuate that he scores negatively.
